Amore Autos and the Bristol TVRCC had a fantastic day at the Blenheim Palace Classic & Supercar show on Sunday, with some fantastic weather and an incredible selection of machinery on display.

As you may already know, the Bristol TVRCC was flying the flag for TVR with no less than two entries in the prestigious Pirelli Prestige & Performance Competition this year – a first for TVR – with Ian MacDonald’s 1999 blue Chimaera in the Super V8s category and Mark Cosh’s 2005 Tuscan 2 in the Evolution of the Sportscar.

Both cars were up against some serious competition, including iconic Lamborghinis, FerrarisMcLarensPaganis and Aston Martins, but despite the competition Mark’s Tuscan was awarded the runnner-up award for his category – a wonderful achievement which firmly puts the TVR brand on the Supercar map, and just shows you don’t need to spend six-figures on a sports car to be among the best!

Well done Mark! And well done TVR!
